We’ve turned Chef Mike Sheerin loose to put together a beer dinner to kick off the St. Patrick’s season. He’s come up with an inspired menu of seasonal dishes paired with some of Ireland’s iconic beers, including Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, available on draught for the first time in America.
