Guinness Beer Dinner With Chef Mike Sheerin

We’ve turned Chef Mike Sheerin loose to put together a beer dinner to kick off the St. Patrick’s season.  He’s come up with an inspired menu of seasonal dishes paired with some of Ireland’s iconic beers, including Guinness Foreign Extra Stout, available on draught for the first time in America.

 

Guinness Beer Dinner March 1st 2018

Starter: Oysters On the Half Shell, Accoutrements

Harp or Guinness Draught

First Course: Warm Mussel and Salt Cod Salad, Snow Peas, Chicories, Anchovy Vinaigrette Roasted Cockles, Charred Buttered Leeks

Guinness Blonde

Second Course: Peat Smoked Bacon Chops, Early Sweet Peas, Baby Spinach

Smithwick’s

Third Course: Aged Breast Of Duck and Sausage, Sweet and Sour Roasted Red Cabbage

Guinness Foreign Extra Stout Draught

Dessert: Banoffee Caramel Tart

Guinness 200th Anniversary

Event takes place March 1st at 7pm.  Meal will be served family style.

$45 includes 5 courses and beer pairings (not tax or tip)
